Situated atop a small plateau near the base of a rocky hill, views from this site overlook a wetland and the Colorado National Monument.

The building plan fans to follow the plateau edge folding the building perimeter for increased access to daylight and views.

Private spaces are grouped into individual suites joined by a central living core improving privacy and reducing hallway areas.

A series of decks buffer views of adjacent lots by creating a fringe of exterior space that wraps the south and west sides of the building.
